Rug Padding

The non-slip rug Padding, called Rug-Fix, is produced by Landolt, a Swiss manufacturer of nonwovens. The underlay can be used universally on all smooth and textile floors and prevents primarily the carpets from slipping, but also increases walking comfort and protects the rug. The underlay also has the advantage that it does not stick to the floor and can also be washed at 40° C. The Rug Padding has been designed in such a way that it is also suitable for modern apartments with underfloor heating. It is resistant to microorganisms and bacteria, free of harmful substances and thermally disposable.

Instructions for Rug Padding

. Place the rug on the desired spot and mark the one upper and side edge.

. Fold the rug away from the marking and ensure that the rug does not move. Stand on the rug during this step.

. Repeat step two so that the rug is not on the marked place anymore.

. Put the padding on the floor and ensure that it lies 1-2 cm away from the marking.

. Unfold the rug on the padding and ensure that it lies correctly at the marked place.

. Fold the rug on the other side of the padding completely.

. Unfold the rug completely.

. If needed, cut out the padding, so that the padding fits under the rug. Note again, that the padding should be 1-2 cm smaller on each side than the rug.
